was born in the heart and mind of God. While taking time away from the pastorate to seek the face of God, my wife and I went to Florida to a house owned by the First Baptist Church of Cape Canaveral. For several days we read the Word and prayed. I knew that God had something new and different for me to do, but I didn’t know what.

Finally, one morning very early, the Lord awakened me and gave me the vision for this ministry. 2 Chronicles 714 was constantly running through my mind and God began showing me what He said to King Solomon years ago and reminded me that it was still relevant for today. The key to Revival was prayer by His people.

God began to break this verse down and show it to me as I had never seen it before. I had preached from this passage, but I had never seen what God began to show me. Here’s what I saw so clearly:

PERSONAL EXAMINATION — “If my people, who are called by my name”

PRACTICAL HUMILIATION = “shall humble themselves”

PURPOSEFUL INTERCESSION = “and Pray”

PERPETUAL DETERMINATION = “and seek My face”

POWERFUL TRANSFORMATION = “and turn from their wicked ways”

PROMISED EXPECTATION = “then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land.”

I have spent the past few months preparing materials for a daily prayer guide built around these six subjects and preparing myself to teach and train others in our quest for 1 million people committed to pray for revival.
